Yes, if you take a decision to refund your visitors, you can do so at anytime, provided you have the required funds on your Stripe account. All you have to do is notify your Tracktivity Regional Coordinator who will then execute the refund. Visitors who purchased tickets to your events will receive a full refund, including the Tracktivity Service fee if it was changed to them when they purchased their tickets.
