At present we do not support the “reserved seats” or “pick your own seats” model. Our research into this topic shows many venues are moving away from this model for a very simple reason: If a patron can’t purchase their “ideal seat”, in most cases they actually decide not to purchase a ticket at all rather than purchase an inferior seating position - and this leads to lower ticket sales.

With Tracktivity you can define as many ticket types as you want, at a level as granular as you want. So, for example. you can partition a grandstand into several sections and then provide “first-come, first-serve” seats in that particular section.
